Stepping into Epiphyte B & B felt like entering an enchanting slice of the Daintree Rainforest. The location is breathtaking, with comforting views of Thornton's Peak that make you want to settle down with a good book from the guest lounge. Matt, the host, is a gem - not only does he serve a fantastic breakfast of local fruits and homemade jams on the communal terrace, but he also shares insights about the hidden gems of the area and helps you book unforgettable activities, like eco tours or nearby crocodile-spotting excursions. I loved lounging on the front verandah, listening to the sounds of wildlife while sipping a glass of red - a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring with friends. The off-grid eco-friendly setup creates a tranquil atmosphere that captures the essence of this unique habitat, while the spacious rooms with en-suite bathrooms add a touch of luxury. If you're seeking a cozy retreat that beautifully marries nature and comfort, Epiphyte is a treasure worth revisiting. Can't wait to come back!
